NATWA's fiscal year starts on May 1st when the new president, Officers ans staff start their one-year term. There are two major events during the year: mid-year meeting (October) and annual convention (April the following year). Mid-year meeting usually includes board meeting and a leadership training workshop. Annual convention program includes member assembly, board meeting, speech and lecture, round table and panel discussions, workshop, and talent show presented by NATWA members. Convention and mid-year meeting are held each time in a different US or Canadian city.
Through out the year, various activities are also carried out by local
chapters, regions and committees (see "activity report" <--).
